I am being asked for a 3D secure code at checkout. What is this?

3D Secure is an online service designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase. This service is known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. If you do not have a 3D secure password you can register your card with your bank.

How do I return unwanted items

We offer a 14 days return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund.

We are committed to customer service. If you have purchased any items you no longer require then you can return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition as they were received in.

To return your items please use the return form. To obtain a returns form please log into your account, click on order history then click on the order you wish to return items from. Then click the products within the order that you wish to return. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click return items, you will then be emailed your returns form. Print it off and send the items back to us. Please note we do not pay for return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we therefore recommend using a signed for service. If you have placed your order without opening an account please contact us and we will upgrade you so you will be able to receive a returns form.

 If you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £5.99 plus VAT for orders under £200.00 and free for orders over £200.00. We also have a Royal Mail option of £3.99 plus VAT for orders under £10.00.

I havent had a confirmation email for my order

Confirmation emails are sent out automatically from our system. If you havent received one please check your junk mail. To avoid further emails going into your junk please mark our emails as safe sender or add us to your address book.

 

Do I need to create an acount to shop with you?

No you can purchase through express checkout but you will need to create an account if you wish to return items.

How can I join the newsletter?

To Keep up to date with our latest product news and offers you can join our newsletter by simply entering your email address into the marked box at the bottom right hand corner of any page on the website. If you want to stop receiving emails from us then please follow the link at the bottom of any newsletters sent from us.

How Do I get My Invoices?

You can download your invoices by logging into your account clicking on order history and then clicking on the web order that you need the invoice for. At the bottom of that page you will see a link that says Download PDF Invoice.
