We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator/Customer Service representative to work in a busy screen printing and embroidery company.
Up to £16k plus commission.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Providing a seamless service to all customers with a clear focus on exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
Engage and communicate with customers that come via incoming phone calls, and e-mail enquiries/orders.
Engage and communicate effectively when speaking with customers on the phone to ensure they place their order with us.
Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their needs always knowing what alternative products to offer a customer.
Effectively multi-task and prioritize highly demanding daily responsibilities.
Adhere to the systems and processes to ensure a consistent work-flow.
Provide a professional service to clients while managing internal obstacles invisible to the client.
Help educate the client on the required processes, procedures and products
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
Work with sales, warehouse, transport and support teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the organisation to drive sales and satisfy our customers
Key Performance Indicators
To achieve the set key performance indicators;
1. To use our internal systems effectively and follow all company procedures
2. To ensure all administration is accurate.
3. To maintain good relationships with all clients you look after and those who call/email. Excel at customer service.
4. To work well within the team to ensure there are no barriers or any breakdown in communication.
At least 1 year's sales/ customer service or administration experience is essential. Full training will be provided. The role is very flexible with room for progression and growth within the company.
Knowledge of screen printing process and embroidery an advantage but full training will be given.

Warehouse Stock Controller and Picker
We are looking for a warehouse stock controller/picker in Runcorn Cheshire. You need to be reliable, hard working and immediately available and have a professional approach. We are a fast growing t-shirt and apparel distribution company. We are looking for staff to further their career within the company whilst looking at strategic improvements for the business.
Salary £6.50 - £7.50 per hour depending on experience and will be reviewed after 6 months.
28 days holidays including bank holidays.

You need to be immediately available, flexible and reliable
