Prices quoted are exclusive of delivery and VAT where applicable.
We do not send free samples. Sample garments can be supplied and will be charged at singles rate plus £3.00 postage and packaging.
Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and excludes Northern Ireland the Highlands of Scotland and all islands. A surcharge of £10 per carton is payable on deliveries to these locations.
Orders under £20 in value are generally sent by standard first class mail unless otherwise requested. Orders over £20 are sent via fastway courier service tracking numbers for your order can be provided on request. All deliveries must be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages these must2be reported immediately on the same day. Please note we generally keep screens for 5 days any shortages of printed items reported after this time can not be replaced.We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequential losses incurred once they have left our premise
All sales are final we do not operate on a sale or return basis. Perfect goods may only be returned when the company has consented in writing and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All goods returned must be in there original packaging. We will not be held liable for any goods returned without our written authorization.
