The slimline Boutique travel jewellery case is designed for organising accessories at home or on the go and contains two zipped pockets with designated organisers for necklaces, earrings and rings. A soft-touch velvet lining provides protection, whilst its compact design means you can place it in your suitcase to keep valuables safe in transit.

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Please note customer service is not open at weekends.

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day.

We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. 

We will email your tracking information with a timeslot on the morning of your delivery. If you are not at home, DPD will reattempt delivery. All relevant correspondence will be readily available via the tracking link we provide.

We offer a 28-day return policy. The 28 days is from receipt of delivery. We do not refund return shipping costs. We will accept returns within this time only if the items are received back to us in the same condition as they were sent. A returns form is available to be printed off from your order history. The returns form is only available for 28 days from you receiving your order. We will not accept returns after this time.

Items that have been decorated or altered will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

All transactions are subject to the company's full terms and conditions. If you are not at home, DPD may send this to a local pick-up shop for same-day collection. If you feel you have more than one parcel, get in touch, and we will provide all pickup QR codes to use for Collection.
