Here you will find the answers to all of our most frequently asked questions when it comes to our t-shirt printing service, to help you with any queries you may have before getting started with our expert service.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR T-SHIRT PRINTING?

Yes, we have a minimum order number of 25 items in order to take advantage of our t-shirt printing service. However, this minimum order number is lower for our embroidery service at only 8 items, so if you are unable to get your chosen products printed with branding, you may want to consider embroidery as an option instead. It is also important to note that within these minimum order quantities, you are also free to mix and match the sizes and colours of the same product.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE FOR T-SHIRT PRINTING?

From the moment that you approve the digital proof that we send of your chosen designs, we estimate a lead time of 7 working days to get your products dispatched. Although, please note that during especially busy periods, this estimation can sometimes be longer, but you can ask our friendly team for advice on this when you begin the process of t-shirt printing.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At Buytshirtsonline, we accept all major credit cards, B.A.C.S transfers and cheques as payment methods for your t-shirt printing. It should be noted that we do not start the t-shirt printing process or any work on your order until we have the cleared funds.

CAN YOU PRINT A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?

Unfortunately, due to high set-up costs, we are unable to offer sample products. However, we are committed to ensuring all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their chosen designs by offering digital proofs for approval before any designs go to production. You will have an opportunity to discuss changes and amendments to your printed designs with our expert team, so we can be sure that you are totally happy with your products before they are printed and delivered to you.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS LIKE BEFORE T-SHIRT PRINTING?

As previously mentioned, before any products go through the printing process, you will receive a digital proof of your design. An email template will be sent to the customer that shows an accurate depiction of colours and the correct positioning. We are happy to accommodate as many changes as you think are necessary until you are totally happy and satisfied with the design and t-shirt printing.
