Due to COVID 19 we are operating with limited staff, please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery, although we will do our best to get your order out in time this is only an estimate, and your order may take longer. We have reduced our minimum order for free delivery to £99.00 ex VAT and £4.99 for orders under £99.00.
We are unable to add to, or edit orders once placed so please check your order is correct. You will not be able to call to or email to add to your order.
Unfortunately, our warehouse's are currently closed at the weekend. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
We have now resumed international deliveries. Please allow an extra 3-4 working days on top of your standard delivery time.
We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Please note customer service is not open weekends.
All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day.
We will ship orders to the address provided by the customer on the date stated. Not all items are available for next day delivery. If you mix none next day items with next day delivery items, it will delay your order.
You will be emailed your tracking information with a timeslot on the morning of your delivery.If you are not at home, a calling card will be left. Delivery will be attempted three times
It is your right to return any items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not refund return shipping cost. We will accept returns within this time only if the items are received back to us in the same condition as they were sent. We will not accept any returns without a returns form. A returns form is available to be printed off from your order history. The returns form is only available for 28 days from you receiving your order. We will not accept returns after this time.
Items that have been decorated or altered will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
