All orders are dispatched with DPD. The couriers will attempt delivery twice.

If this fails twice, you will need to reschedule the delivery; otherwise, it will return to us. The couriers reserve the right to leave your parcel with an immediate neighbour unless specifically instructed not to do so within your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed-on for service. You will have the option to leave it in a safe place or arrange for a neighbour to receive it, should you not be available for the delivery attempt.

Our printing and embroidery departments are now open, but we are operating with limited capacity. We currently have a seven-day lead time for screen printing and a ten-day lead time for embroidery.

Collection is an available option when placing your order online. If you are collecting your order from our Runcorn office, please knock on the door, and we will assist and retrieve your parcel. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to collect.
