You can purchase through express checkout, but you will need to create an account if you wish to return items.
We don't offer any physical catalogues. Everything is online.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 28 days after the date that you receive your order.
If you have an account with us, you can process a returns form by clicking into your order and selecting the goods you wish to return/exchange. This will then be sent to your associated email address. Print this off, add it to your parcel with your garments, and return to our office address below.
If you don’t have a BuyTshirtsOnline account- you can print your original confirmation email (including your invoice) and highlight the items you wish to return. Add this to your parcel and return to our office address below.
Please note that you will need to detail what size/colour you would prefer for exchanges. We can only exchange products for different colours or sizes in the same style; we cannot change the product style.
Once your parcel has been received at our office, our returns department will complete your refund. For orders made via PayPal, the funds will be transferred back into your PayPal account the same day. For orders made via Credit/Debit card- please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be transferred back to you. When returning a complete order, we will refund your original postage charge. Unfortunately, if you’re only returning part of your order, you won’t receive a refund for the initial postage charge.
If you have sent garments back for an exchange, we will dispatch the preferred garment for the next working day delivery- stock permitted.
Customers will need to pay for their own returns postage when returning goods. We suggest getting a signed for service from your chosen provider- to ensure that you are notified when your parcel has been delivered and signed for at our warehouse.

You can download your invoices by logging into your account, clicking on order history, and then clicking on the web order for which you need the invoice. At the bottom of that page, you will see a link that says Download PDF Invoice
Your invoice is also attached to the confirmation email we sent you when you made your purchase.
Confirmation emails are sent out automatically from our system. If you haven't received one, please check your junk mail. Please mark our emails as safe senders or add us to your address book to avoid further emails going into your junk.
3D Secure is an online service designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder’s identity at the time of purchase. This service is known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
If you do not have a 3D secure password you can register your card with your bank.
