Our 3-Step Embroidery & Digitising Process
If you are interested in our t-shirt embroidery services, there are a few important things to note. We have a minimum order of eight pieces per design and there is a one-off charge of £15 to digitise your logo (free for orders over 100 items). Once your artwork is digitised, we will keep it on file, so you will not be charged again for repeat orders. When requesting embroidery from Buytshirtsonline, we prefer your artwork to be sent in a vector file, we will need the original design.
Once you have liaised with your printing adviser and you are happy with the quote provided, we will send you proof of your artwork that has been worked on by our qualified designers, in the form of a PDF for you to approve. This is the chance for you to work with our in-house design team to ensure that the final logo is exactly as you want. Once approved, our lead time is approximately seven working days.
Please note, Buytshirtsonline will not be held responsible for any errors made after the garments have been decorated. This includes colour matches and spelling mistakes. You can create as many changes as you like to your proof until you are 100% happy, but it is your responsibility to make sure the design is correct.

To get the ball rolling, simply fill out a quotation form with a brief overview of your request, and a member of our expert team will contact you.
Step 1: Send your design
Email your logo or design in a vector format, such as an EPS or PDF file, or an AI if possible. If you’re unsure or this isn’t possible, don’t worry – our team is on hand to provide any advice and guidance where needed and, in most cases, will still be able to ensure your design is completed.
Please note that we have a minimum order of 8 items for personalised embroidery t-shirt orders, and our team will only start orders once payment is received.
Step 2: Review and sign off your design
After we have worked our magic on getting your design print-ready, we will send you proof of the design for you to sign off. Study the template thoroughly to ensure the colours and positionings are correct.
If you want to make any changes, we can work together to ensure you’re 100% happy with the proof before it goes to print.
Please note that once you have signed off on the design and it has gone to print, we can no longer make any changes for you.
Step 3: That’s it!
Once you have approved the design, our team will get to work, ensuring an extremely competitive turnaround of around seven days.
